From the moment you set foot in this elegant space, you will fall in love with its charm and design-functionality and sophistication. Independent access from the street to our group of CHAMBERI LIVING apartments, located on the second floor with private elevator, guarantees maximum comfort, independence and privacy. Features enjoyed by my guests: -The kitchen is fully equipped with the best quality appliances guaranteeing you everything you need to feel at home and cook your favorite dishes. With an open concept design, it integrates seamlessly with a spacious living room, through a bar with high stools. The room has spectacular windows as you bask in the warmth of the natural light that floods the space. During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should consider: -The location is unbeatable. You have a map in our photos. Located in the coveted district of Chamberí. A few minutes walking distance from San Bernardo or Quevedo subway. A 20 minute walk from Gran Vía where musicals, theater, shopping... or 10 minutes from El Corte Inglés de Princesa. Centric historic flat with view to plaza

The location is very central, but in the Conde Duque neighborhood, where it's peaceful to stroll. It's a renovated old house with plenty of natural light and four balconies overlooking the square. Being centrally located, there may be some noise, and while the windows have been restored, they don't completely block street noise as they are original, not PVC. The kitchen is modern and open-plan. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a full bathroom.
