Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει μεγάλη κοινόχρηστη αυλή με τραπέζια και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με εξοπλισμό πλυντηρίου και στεγνωτηρίου ρούχων καθώς και σιδερώστρα.
