Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. There is church close to.the house, so you can hear ring bells.

Don't rent this if you don't want peace and quiet.Close your eyes and imagine: authentic old village, only few people living, stone houses, sound of crickets, intact nature, view on Adriatic sea and islands,Biokovo mountain, pine and olive trees, meditereanean feel. We filled house with warmth and positive energy, but we don't have pool or jacuzzi, we have something better-Adriatic sea, only 2 km away. House is located above Baska Voda-2min by car,on feet of Biokovo mountain with amazing view.

IMPORTANT! Parking in front of the house is free of charge, but it is public and not reserved, so if on move with a car it is advisable to park on private parking lot only 3 min from the house FREE OF CHARGE for my guests. Very cosy apartment-studio only 100 meters from the beach big balcony with seaview. Medium sized, 2nd floor, two bedrooms(two double beds) each with AC and two bathrooms. Small but equiped kitchen with stove, water kettle and microvawe, coffee machine, frying pans, etc..

The distance to the old place is 150 meters, to the the sea - lungomare, market, main square, restorants, caffes, discos , church, banks, harbour, markets 200 - 250 meters, bus station 250 meters, the beaches 450 meters, eskursions to islands Brač and Hvar possible.

The apartment is located in the centre of Makarska old town, only 20m from the main square. It is part of an old house on the second floor (second and third). On the first level there is a kitchen and living space with a bathroom, while on the second levle there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. With two double bedrooms on the floor, it is possible to open a sofa and turn it into a third double bed in the living room. A nearby private garage place is available for one car.
