Welcome to a light-filled garden apartment in a charming 1885 villa, with high ceilings, timber floors, and beautiful natural light. The apartment sleeps two and includes an en-suite bathroom. A fold-out chair bed with linen is available for a third guest if needed. Enjoy your private garden with lounge chairs, a BBQ, and seasonal grapes and feijoas — a peaceful retreat just a short walk from the city centre. The airport e-bus stops right outside, making arrivals and departures easy.

The Courtyard - in a beautiful rural location

The studio has a small kitchenette and a modern compact ensuite. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for your stay, including free Wi-Fi and off-road parking. The stand-alone studio has its own entrance in a shared courtyard with the main house, situated on 2 hectares (5 acres) in a rural location 15-20 mins from downtown Nelson. We have cows, goats, chickens, a cat and a small aviary. You are welcome to explore the property and enjoy the views and birdlife.

A peaceful spacious room for women to relax (or adventure out) in a quiet street close to CBD. Own entrance, shower & toilet. Double bed and comfortable king-single fold down futon. Listed for one person, please inquire regarding extra guests. Bay window with lovely garden outlook, plenty of storage, and space for you to prepare and enjoy breakfast or snacks. As I am taking extra care with cleaning in these Covid times, my expectation is that you will be vaccinated.

A short stroll to city hub, bus depot and Trafalgar Centre with a supermarket just down the street. The Airport bus stops just around the corner every 30 minutes, seven days a week. (It stops near Tahunanui Beach on the way too.) Self check-in is offered and often early check-in or late check-out can be arranged.

Completely separate lockable access to a generously sized, sunny studio apartment, with undercover parking next to your entrance. A mountain bike park on the back doorstep or a scenic walk into town. The walk back up is steep and requires moderate fitness. Otherwise sit back and drink in the view or wander in the garden.

We live in a lovely central area of Nelson and have a private separate area downstairs. This area has a queen bed, private bathroom and separate entrance. It is 10 minutes walk to supermarkets, cafes, takeaways and town . Recently renovated everything is crisp and new with a smart tv and air conditioning . There is outdoor seating and off road parking . We live upstairs and are happy to help you enjoy your time here in Nelson.

This is a large modern apartment on the lower level of our own house. Private hill location in a quiet street. Separate entry to the apartment with total privacy. Secure off street car parking in an enclosed yard with a motorised gate. It has a kitchenette, and has one large bedroom with en-suite, and also a separate large lounge. Great audio and TV system. Private deck with amazing views. BBQ & laundry are available on request.
