The Stables Cottage - North West Auckland

The Stables is a quaint country rural cottage set amongst rolling green hills, this fully self contained rustic cottage is beautifully appointed and sleeps up to 4 adults or 2 couples in 2 bedrooms. The cottage sits in the gardens of the owners farmhouse yet you are in complete privacy of all, on this working beef farm. Its location is central to many wedding venues & vineyards and only 45 minutes from Auckland's CBD, making this a perfect location for wedding accomodation or a country escape.

The West Wing

Quiet rural setting overlooking the Mahurangi River ,Te Kapa inlet and farmland .Lots of native bush and wild bird life .Perfect retreat to relax and read Matakana area has wineries ,restaurants ,art galleries ,beaches ,regional parks and a farmers market . As it is West facing we are often treated to spectacular sunsets. The apartment is spacious with a sitting room and is separated from the main house by a double garage . We are down a 2 km gravel road but the views are worth the drive.di

The Potting Shed

The Potting Shed is part of The Grey House circa 1904, 129 Ridge Road, Scotts Landing on the edge of the Mahurangi River. The space was house potting shed and laundry and has now been repurposed to create a magical memorable space with singles and couples in mind to have space to relax and get away from noise and day to day pressures. Located 20 minutes from the Matakana and gateway to Omaha, Goat Island, surrounding vineyards and galleries. Please note access to a loft bed is by ladder.

NZ Summer House

Welcome to Kowhai on Kia Kaha! An hour from Auckland’s CBD this spacious brand new home is set up for you to relax and enjoy. On the doorstep of the beaches and bays of the Mahurangi Peninsula, Snells Beach is handily located; Warkworth is approximately 8 minutes away, Matakana about 12 minutes. There’s plenty to do in the surrounding area with numerous bush walks and beaches to explore including Snells Beach itself, Sandspit and Algies Bay and the Mahurangi Reserve.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.

If you like to wake up to the sound of the waves and the smell of salt air, then look no further. With the front stairs leading right on to the beach, you will have sand between your toes before you know it. This is a true Kiwi bach with a little modernisation to make it more comfortable and enjoyable place to stay all year round. The bach has airconditioning so can be used all year. This quiet rural cottage is situated within easy access to Martins Bay, Alges Bay and Snells Beach and a short drive to Matakana, vineyards and galleries. This comfortable cottage is 30 meters from the owner's home. It has a spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen 2 seperate bedrooms and a large bathroom. We are at the end of a 2Km unsealed road offering great views both on the drive and on arrival.

The Retreat is nestled in protected native rain forest with stunning views down to Lion Rock at Piha Beach 15 mins drive away. You will be rested & rejuvenated after your stay. The Puhoi Black Cottage

Eco-friendly tiny home on a private property.
