By car, we are 3 miles from town (Cruz Bay), where you will find all of your necessities. This is the ideal cottage for a couple or two friends. Please note that Sunset Watch and 1 Paradise Lane share a pool and they can be rented together as a 3 BR villa.

Villa Almondeen sits about 100 feet from the water’s edge in a private and secured area. It is five minutes away from the popular Cane Garden Bay Beach and 15 minutes from other close-by beaches.
