We offer our guests to stay in our house and enjoy a cozy home, a tranquil atmosphere, the beautiful Black Sea and black magnetic sand beach, for which the coastline of Guria is famous.

Our third floor apartment located on sea first line (30 meters on beach). we have Yard and an isolated entrance with a direct view of the sea, and it also has an 80 sq.m furnished terrace with the best views of the resort, both the sea and the mountains and trees. The resort is Known for magnetic sand that has a healing effect, fresh air, coniferous trees and, of course, an unforgettable sea with a comfortable sandy beach.

An entire cozy cottage with isolated yard located in Kaprovani, 450 meters from the beach. This place is for those who like tranquility and enjoy being in a quiet and green environment with sounds of birds in the morning and frogs in the evening. Also, occasionally cows and horses passing by the gravel road. There are two small grocery stores and some seasonal cafes in the area, 7 min drive to Ureki train station and fish market, 25 min drive to closest port city Poti.
