Ci troviamo all'interno del tessuto del centro storico di Piozzo, a pochi passi dalla piazza principale e dallo storico locale Baladin. Ristrutturato di recente, l'appartamento è formato da un unico ambiente con soppalco in legno. Al piano inferiore sono localizzati la zona giorno e il bagno, mentre il soppalco ospita la zona notte. L'accesso all'appartamento avviene per mezzo di una scala metallica a due rampe, che termina su un piccolo balcone, affacciato su un cortile interno.

Ferrarotti ligger i den sørlige delen av Piemonte, i distriktet Langhe, ca 20 minutters kjøretur fra Barolo. Området er kjent for det nydelige landskapet, vin, ost, trøfler, hasselnøtter og det piemontesiske kjøkken. Huset ligger helt usjenert, ca 500 meter over havet, med vinmarker på alle sider og en egen liten vinmark med Dolcetto-druer. Det er oppvarmet basseng med fantastisk utsikt (infinity pool) og en stor og deilig hage med flere sitteområder.
