02 - Treetop Flyer Treehouse

The Treetop Flyer is a small, private, one-room treehouse with a loft, propane fireplace, window AC, wrap-around porch, lower deck, propane grill, and nearby fire pit. There is NO PLUMBING, but we provide a jug of spring water for drinking and there's an outhouse at the base of the stairs. The farm also has a centrally located Community Farmhouse and a seasonal Bath House which are shared with other guests on the farm. NO PETS or ESAs - NO EXCEPTIONS. Free EV charging. 01 - The Wabi Sabi Studio

The Wabi Sabi Studio is an eclectic and art-filled 700 sq. ft. cabin with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Floor to ceiling windows overlook a meandering creek, forested hills, and HomeGrown HideAways, a hundred-acre farm, campground, and event facility. The resident cat, Glenda, won't be much company since she is very shy, but you may catch sight of her if you're lucky. Guests have complete access to the farm, including the rugged 1.5 mile hiking trail. TWO PEOPLE MAXIMUM. NO CHILDREN. NO PETS.

Mountain Dream Cabin -Fish Pond+Fenced Yard+Stalls

Are you looking for a serene, peaceful setting for your trip? Our cabin is located in a country pasture a few miles from town on a working cattle farm, along with our Country Cottage which is located nearby. Our properties are approx 15 minutes from I-75 and in close proximity to Berea, Richmond & Lexington. There are many historical and fun attractions less than 2 hrs. away. (The basement is not part of the listing as its outside entrance allows for farm supplies storage / use.)
