The house is in the centre of the characteristic village of Kaspakas, close to the village square where you will find a church, a bar and a supermarket. It is a five-minute car ride from the main town and port of Mirina; and only 1,5 km from the sea and the beautiful beach of Aghios Ioannis. Big windows, the location and the high altitude of the village allows the house to always have a fresh climate. Quiet terrace with panoramic views onto the hills. Apartment is available and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old .As well as for 3 adults. We are located 100 meters from the center of Neos Marmaras, in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to Apt. there are supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars etc. With 2 wonderful terraces overlooking the sea. Strong signal WI-FI !! And with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary.

From the studio, in Votsi village, you down to the little port 10 minutes by foot to drink a coffe and swim in the wonderful sea. Studio is confortable with all accommodations and AC.
