Our cozy, yet spacious cottage has everything for a relaxing getaway - lots of individual areas to retreat to and loads of lounging/seating space for groups to connect inside and out. There are board games, three large TVs with Netflix and cable, a firepit, grill, fully stocked kitchen, etc. Outdoor activities nearby: mountain biking, road biking, running on paved paths directly in front of the house, hiking and more!. This house is 3k sq ft (we host a 4k sq ft. space nearby, "Haven Woods").

Our cozy 1930's cottage sleeps up to 6. The open-concept living/dining area has a queen sleeper sofa adjacent to a full kitchen. The separate bedroom has a queen-size bed and is located next to a small bathroom with vanity, toilet and shower. A spiral staircase leads up to a lofted area that provides another space to get away and relax, with twin mattresses on 2 separate built-in platforms. Included is Comcast Xfinity WIFI and Cable Television. Central Air. And extra coffee in the fridge .

Come together with family and friends at the Starry Night Cottage located in a quiet neighborhood which is walking distance from downtown Saugatuck, This ranch style home has over 1500 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and hardwood floors throughout. You can relax in comfort after a fun filled day on the screened porch and enjoy watching hummingbirds and butterflies that visit the perennial flowers. You can go to the beach, shop, hike nature preserves, or just relax at home in the cottage. For shopping & dining, picturesque downtown Holland is just a 4.8 mile drive.

Downtown Cottage

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This historic home is in the epicenter of everything going on in downtown Holland. From the front porch you can overlook the farmer’s market every Wednesday and Saturday. Turning to the right you can see Hopcat, the new movie theater, and several other brand new shops, breweries, and restaurants all within a few steps. Extra cleaning procedures with antibacterial cleaning products have been added due to COVID-19.

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a small cove on a large lake, this lakefront cottage includes a 20' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat and dock from May through October (weather permitting). It has a private beach and 66' of shoreline. Plus an elevated front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus twin daybed in semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.
