The apartment was designed with families in mind providing all amenities for a short or long stay. IMPORTANT NOTE; We have a height restriction at the front of the apartment (6 ft 1 ") The apartment does however get higher as you go through to the rear extending to 6ft 6” thanks

Ideally placed between St. Annes and Lytham, this charming, airy, 3rd floor apartment is a minute's walk to the beach and the beach cafe. Convenience shops lie at the top of the road plus a cosy restaurant, a fish and chip shop a butty shop and hairdressers. A pleasant stroll along the beach/sea front one way takes you to the centre of St. Annes, and, the other, to Fairhaven Lake, with its cafe and boating. Lytham Loft is a newly built, first floor studio with a king size bed and a single sofa bed, an en suite wet room and a kitchenette. There is a fridge, microwave, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine. It’s located in a quiet, residential street at the end of a private garden in the centre of Lytham, 5 minutes walk to the promenade and the shops. Access is via a gate with a keypad and check-in is with a key safe. Check in is after 2pm and check-out at 11am. Free street parking is available.
