The house is located in a quiet safe neighborhood and is 15 minutes from anywhere in town. The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, sleeping 4 total. One queen bed has an adjustable base to adjust head and legs in various positions for maximum comfort

A quaint and friendly neighborhood, with large backyard for kids playing, relaxing in the breeze way with morning coffee, or fun by the fire pit. Biking or walking around the neighborhood is safe and fun on a sunny day. Though you may feel in the country you are very close to downtown Huntingburg, 8 miles to Downtown Jasper. House is cozy and relaxing for a weekend away or if you're looking for activities Holiday World (18 Miles), Patoka Lake, French Lick Casino & West Baden Hotel (27 Miles).

Spacious 1450 sf 2 BR Private Suite Apartment

This Apartment style basement suite is a comfy space with 1450 sf of living space. Dogs are welcome and we will also share our back fenced dog park! The basement has a private entry, Sleeps 9, and was renovated in 2022. Our home is comfortable with modern & vintage decor. Each bedroom has a bed, closet, dresser, nightstand & desk. We are not a wheelchair friendly home. We are a dog paradise and all breeds welcome. Our third sleeping area is a non-enclosed area you walk through to bedrooms.

Welcome to the Hobbit House! Relax or work from home in this cozy house located in a charming, quiet neighborhood in central Evansville. Each room is curated to set a different vibe from relaxation, sophistication, and fun. This house also has an old speakeasy downstairs filled with arcade games and a movie projector and screen. At night relax in the backyard under a beautifully lit gazebo. This house is also equipped with an office set up to make it easy to work from your home away from home.

The Storehouse, a church built in the 1890s, is nestled in the serene backdrop of Grandview, Indiana. This former sanctuary has been thoughtfully transformed into a 3 BR home, perfectly blending old-world charm with contemporary amenities. You will love the original hardwood floors and stained glass windows in every room. Less than 15 min. from Holiday World and Lincoln State Park, there is much to do. So many family amenities with no stairs inside house, stroller, pack-n-play, outlet covers, kids books, and highchair provided!

RiverTown Retreat – Cozy 2BR Near River & Downtown

This is our personal home we use when lucky enough to be in the area. Our daughter married a sweet young man from here & we fell in love with this beautiful, friendly community and its adorable waterfront and downtown areas. We designed everything about this cottage to be exactly what we want & need, & we hope you appreciate all our thoughtful touches. Relax at this peaceful place to stay & enjoy Newburgh! Our location is also a great base for exploring Evansville, Owensboro, & Henderson.

Little Monticello

Little Monticello is a spacious 3 bedroom home one block away from the beautiful river front. Great walking paths. Walking distance to downtown Newburgh dining and shops. The master bedroom has a king size bed , bedroom # 2 has a queen size bed and dressing table. Bedroom #4 has a full size bed.. Bedrooms 1&2 have TV’s in them. The side porch is great for relaxing or hanging out with the little ones. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the kitchen area behind the barn door.

The Angel Carriage House in New Harmony

Make some memories at this uniquely remodeled home with 3bdrms and 1 bath with 1 bath outside thats seasonal We have a high chair! Ping pong table and multi game table upstairs! Kitchen, dining rm, and living room are open concept. There is a den with a tv as well as living room tv. 1bdrm has office desk. It has a large deck with a gas stove and grill as well as patio table! Its fenced in for privacy! Basketball, swimming, and fitness center across the street! You will enjoy!
