A unique rural getaway at Hut in the Vines. Discreetly nestled at the back end of or tiny vineyard, which is now in its 8th year. and very private. Our home is 70 metres away but your space is private with a vineyard view. Outside, there is a traditional, wood-burning hot tub (optional £50 per stay or complimentary for stays of 3 nights or more), covered eating area with bbq and wood-fired pizza oven and an electric wall heater-lit with festoon lighting. We're bringing the outside in with natural woods, earthy tranquil colours, cosy textiles, beautiful pottery and art. Tucked away on a valley road with close proximity to the seaside, the Downs, Dover Castle and the White Cliffs, this cabin provides a perfect base for exploring all that Kent has to offer. Beautifully furnished in a modern/rustic style, with private parking, a fully kitted kitchen, a log fire, spacious decking and garden, and a lovely scent of pine wood as you step through the door, this cabin provides everything you need for a cosy and memorable getaway.

Watermill, beautiful village of Wye, North Downs

Listed watermill, mentioned in Domesday book, converted into a Georgian house in 1776, set in 8 acres, 100m from train station (Canterbury and London ). Wye has restaurants, pubs and shops in the village. Accommodation is in the old Mill, with 5 bedrooms (2 ensuite), (sometimes an extra bedroom and bathroom), a fully fitted new kitchen, a grand dining-sitting room over the river. Private terrace overlooking river, and 3-acre island , rowboat, wild water swimming. We welcome up to 2 dogs.

Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Just over an hour from London, find yourself in the heart of the English countryside with beautiful walks, the coast, and historic towns on your doorstep. Lyminge is five miles from the seaside in Hythe. It has a Chemist, Doctors' surgery, a village store, Chinese restaurant, Indian take-way, a Tea Room - which does very nice breakfasts . There are 2 good pubs nearby - the Gatekeeper in Etchinghill and the Tiger in Stowting. Dogs are welcome - one medium size or two small ones.

Wake up to the sound of Bertie the rooster announcing a new day! Relax in the garden watching Dudley the donkey or enjoy a brisk country walk along the many public footpaths in our area - perfect for dog walkers. If you fancy a day trip, you can be in London within an hour or Canterbury in 20 minutes.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. It is The Oaks Retreat, WINNER of the Paris Design awards 2024 'best hospitality interior', an architecturally inspired bespoke woodland Airbnb located in the seaside town of Whitstable. The Acorn Lodge is a bespoke 1 king size bedroom retreat fully customized with high-end finishes. It must be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Our Wellness area is equipped with a log sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor shower.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Set in the rolling hills of East Kent this is the place to escape the rat race and simply unwind and recharge. The Summerhouse sits in the middle of a 5 acre garden with no immediate neighbours. This former outbuilding has been lovingly repurposed and offers an open plan living space with a day bed which converts into two singles or a kingsize bed, a kitchen and a separate bathroom.
