Private - Quiet and secluded neighborhood on Lake Bowen with dock & lake access. Enjoy spacious house with private 20x40 in-ground swimming pool, dock for fishing and boating, large decks & charcoal grill make for a great BBQ day! 2 kayaks provided! If you plan to bring your own boat to use from Maggie's dock, contact the Lake Bowen Warden Office to obtain boat sticker. Boat rentals are also available. Starting June 15, 2021-Spartanburg County Occupancy tax is 3% for each night.

Platts' Place Retro Retreat

The guest suite is located on the first floor of a two-story subdivision home. The suite is separated from the rest of the home by a locked door (both sides are locked.) The private guest entrance is at the back of the home. People live here though, so plan on a little noise transfer from the street and home. Parking is on site. The space is pet free, but guests are welcome to visit our pets if they need to cuddle some fur babies.

My house is remodeled, electrical, plumbing, window etc. All furnishing are very nice and decorated nicely. Anything that is not there that you need , you only have to ask. I will supply almost anything to reason. The sheets are changed after every guest.
