Lovely Beach House at Greatstone, Dungeness, Kent

This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Mayfayre - 2 Bed Cottage Beside the Beach

This luxurious two bedroom cottage is right beside the sandy beach. There is a spacious open-plan lounge (inc wood-burner) and dining area. The two double bedrooms have built-in wardrobes on the ground floor and stairs to a mezzanine suitable for children with a tv and bean bags. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washer, drier, fridge freezer and all crockery and cutlery. The ground floor bathroom has bath (with shower), sink & WC. Outside is a large family garden, table & chairs.

Dungeness fisherman’s cottage full of character.

Being one of the original fishermen's cottages on Dungeness, Seaview Cottage has been lovingly restored to cater for modern needs yet still maintain it's old charm with the original wood panelled interior throughout. It is perfectly situated with sea views to the front and the wild shingle beach known as 'The Desert of England' all around you. The famous RHDR miniature steam railway runs just a few strides from your front door and the Dungeness National Nature Reserve stretches out behind you.

The house is located just 300m from the beach and has great views of the Kent coast. Dungeness is a vast expanse of shingle that juts out into the English Channel. This dramatic coastal setting has the quality of wilderness and isolation. Dungeness is home to only 40 homes, two lighthouses with the Pilot restaurant nearby. Sunspot is heated by an air source heat pump. Solar panels and batteries give sunspot over 70% of its daily energy needs. Accommodating 6: 2 bedrooms and mezzanine twin

Sleeps 2 in king size four poster bed; with a roll top bath, shower and fully fitted kitchen, TV and fast wifi. Nearby free parking. Extensive recommendations for local businesses which we encourage guests to use. Towels and bed linen provided.

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

A touch of serenity in Romney sands

Our 2018 Holiday home is situated within the Romney sands Park dean holiday resort, nestled between the RSPB Dungeness nature reserve and 7 miles of golden sand. Whilst sitting on the decking you overlook the resort fishing lake and are within easy reach of the entertainment complex which provides food,a bar, mini golf, arcade, kids club, swimming pool. Open in season March - Oct. This area is a real hidden gem, somewhere to come and unwind. We love the calm relaxing atmosphere

The Compact Coastal Crib is a beautifully designed studio making perfect use of space—stylish, cosy, and directly opposite Littlestone beach with stunning views. It’s small but perfectly formed, with everything you need for a relaxing stay: comfy double bed, chair, which converts to a single bed, optional bench sleeping, AC (hot & cold), Smart TV with top streaming apps, board games, and a travel cot with bedding. Ideal for couples, solo guests, or even family sleepovers!

The Sea Room at Lion House

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. See the last few photos for the views and the new gleaming building exterior.

Dunes View is our lovely 4 bedroom Beach House, enjoying glorious, uninterrupted sea views from the living area and balcony and direct beach access. Perfect for families with kids, and anyone who loves fresh air, beach sports and Hot Tubs! Please note there is a £60 per stay cost to use the hot tub - this will be added to your bill after booking once we have received confirmation you wish to use this facility.
