Welcome to The Porch! Ready for a mini vacation, or just a place to hang out, or work from? You are most welcome here! . This cozy cabin is very flexible and user friendly! It is private to only your group! The downstairs with all it offers, is for one or two person stays. The upstairs becomes available if you enter 3 or more people. This building is in the backyard of our home, as in photos on our Airbnb site, Other info is listed there also! Info book is in room! Welcome! (no pets)

A charming lake house with a magnificent view of a ski mountain — Wachusett Ski Resort (voted #1 in MA). Newly-renovated, 650 square foot cabin with a wall unit AC, fire pit, grill, smart TVs, kayaks, paddle board, and all the amenities you’ll need. (FYI: We also own another lakefront Airbnb right down the street that accommodates 10 guests. Ask for link.) *A brand new retaining wall and dock will be installed May 2024. This will extend and even out the lawn for nights around the firepit!

Visit Nashoba Valley Winery, get coffee at Harvard General Store, go apple-picking at a local orchard, or hike Vaughn Hill trails. *Wood-fired backyard sauna available by request with $20 firing fee *Well-behaved dogs (non-destructive, house-broken) welcome! Woody's 50th consecutive year baling 11 acre picturesque rolling fields. At dead end of road you will think you're in Vermont.

Off street parking, two bedrooms and bathroom, kitchen with washer and dryer. 1st floor bedroom room with french doors, king size bed, private bathroom with shower (+shelf), toilet, Duravit sink, heated floors and towel warmer. 2nd floor bedroom with vaulted ceilings and queen size bed, single bed, sofa and clothes storage. 2nd floor has a baby gate. Private entrance so you can come and go. No smoking anything anywhere.

A full bath and kitchen, living room with TV, Laundry, WiFi, and a single bedroom with a queen bed. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for any New England activity. Nearby Wachusett Mountain has plenty of hiking, skiing, and more for outdoor enthusiasts. Fitchburg State, Franklin-Pierce and Keene State are a short drive for visiting Parents.
