Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Butterchurn is located on our working farm, not far from beautiful beaches Rock, Daymer and Polzeath. Butterchurn is a fully equipped cottage, open plan living downstairs with 1 bedroom that has a double and single bed also a cot available, perfect for couples, friends and young families, a shower en-suite upstairs and a walk in wet room downstairs. Open plan kitchen/living has French doors opening onto a private garden and patio, with uninterrupted countryside views provides peace and quiet.

An easy stroll or bike ride into Padstow on the Camel Trail, or a short drive, gets you to top restaurants & activities. A great base to enjoy Cornwall. If you want to relax and enjoy great walks along the coastal path to Port Isaac,(about 2 hours) or Padstow (about 1 1/2 hours) then this is the flat for you. If you enjoy surfing Polzeath is one of Cornwall's premier surf beaches. It is great for body boarding too. The lifeguards are on duty all through the summer and at weekends too. You have a good range of places to eat out too. There are takeaway traditional pasties to gourmet dinners all within walking distance of the flat.

At No.4 Tidesreach the beach is a stones throw away from your doorstep as are the restaurants and shops. The newly refurbished end studio is a snug place that is perfect for a young family or couple. There is direct access to the back of the property so you can shower off from the beach before entering the studio. Nestled in the heart of Polzeath you will have perfect access to venture onto the coastal paths. To explore Daymer Bay and Rock or the rugged coastline to Lundy Beach.
