Tiho in spokojno mesto sredi dolenjskih gozdov na vrhu gore, ki je poseljena že več kot 2500 let. Prebujali se boste ob petju ptic in žuborenju potoka v dolini. Ta del Slovenije je ekološko najbolj neokrnjen. Na posestvu ni vse urejeno po zadnjih standardnih, vendar vam bomo vedno lahko postregli z domačim pivom, domačim whiskey in jelenovo salamo. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).

U sklopu apartmana nalazi se pečenjara sa pekom, jacuzzi sa pogledom te igralište za djecu. U okolici gosti mogu uživati u raznim aktivnostima poput pješačenja i planinarenja na planinarski vrh Vodenica, te mogu posjetiti Pavlinski samostan i crkvu Rođenja Blažene Djevice Marije koji je udaljen 2km od apartmana.
