Bienvenue dans notre charmante maisonnette entre Beauce et Perche, dépendance de 38m² de notre maison principale. Profitez d'un jardin indépendant et garez votre voiture sur notre emplacement privé. À moins de 30 kms de Chartres et à 5 kms de la gare de Courville-sur-Eure (ligne Paris-Montparnasse), vous êtes ici en pleine nature, propice au calme et au repos. Sur demande, nous aurons le plaisir de vous proposer un petit-déjeuner fait maison et avec des produits locaux (12,5€/pers). A bientôt :)

Si le paradis existe, c'est ici en Normandie, au coeur du Pays d'Auge, au Mesnil Simon. La maison de vacances que nous vous proposons vient d'être rénovée dans un royaume de verdure et de nature. Nichée dans un parc paysager, cette petite maison normande pleine de charme, vous offre tout le confort mais également une décoration raffinée et harmonieuse. Tout est beau et magnifiquement préservé. Vous pourrez également profiter de votre terrasse privative avec salon de jardin et de la cheminée.

Venez vivre la beauté, la simplicité et le calme de la campagne percheronne dans une maison décorée avec soin. Dans une petite maison indépendante, sur notre propriété de 2ha, vous pourrez profiter de notre superbe jardin ainsi que la vue sur la campagne tout en étant dans votre petit cocon. Nous sommes tombés amoureux du Perche et avons rénovés ce petit coin de paradis : La Grande Maison pour nous et La Petite Maison pour nos hôtes...pour que vous aussi vous connaissiez le Perche Effect !

La Petite Passière, maison de campagne normande

On vient séjourner à "La Petite Passière" pour sa situation, dans un jardin à l'anglaise de 3 hectares, blotti au coeur des prairies et des forets de la vallée d'Exmes, diamant du pays d'Auge. On y goûte ainsi l'air pur et le calme d'une nature préservée, offrant des paysages exceptionnels à 360 degrés. Cependant, on y demeure aussi pour le confort et la qualité des équipements de cet un ancien corps de ferme du 18ème siècle, entièrement rénové dans le respect de son charme d'origine.

La Lanterne is a bright and light-filled loft type cottage (50 m2) located in beautiful grounds of a large house on the banks of the Seine at Tournedos-sur-Seine (a quiet village four kms from Le Vaudreuil/Val-de-Reuil). The house has been recetly furnished and is fully equipped. Two large rooms with open plan kitchen, bedroom with double bed king size, sofa, desk. Private bathroom with walking walk-in shower. Luxury decor. Peaceful and magical close-to-nature environment.

A well equipped private detached cottage suitable for a couple, located on the edge of a beautiful quiet village, just a short walk to the local shop/bar/restaurant Au Village. Nearest supermarket is 5 kilometers away. Well located for Normandy attractions, including Clècy and Les Roches d'Oëtre the Normandy landing beaches and many historic places of interest. Paris is 2hrs30mins by train from Flers, the nearest ferry port is Ouistreham, airports Dinard and Carpiquet.

My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Relax in this cozy and tranquil hideaway. Once the village bank, it has been lovingly transformed into an intimate and quirky cottage from where you can explore the beautiful French countryside, immortalized by the famous French Artists, Pissaro and Piet. Close to the small, but vibrant market town of Lassay Les Chateaux, a visit to the 14th C chateau, and local boulangeries is essential. With the Musee de Cidre on your doorstep, there is plenty to see and do.

Situated on the bank of the River Orne, in the heart of the 'Suisse Normandie' Our Fully Renovated Cottage is in the centre of the Picturesque Village of Pont D'Ouilly. Upon entering The Cottage you will find the fully equipped Kitchen, W.C. and the Lounge/Diner with stunning views of the River. Upstairs you will find a Bathroom, Master Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom, both having uninterupted views of the River.
