Beach House #2

Beach House #2 is located just a short walk from the beach, a perfect location for morning beach combing and tide pool walking. The cottage offers 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. The living room has a sofa bed, bringing the sleeping areas to 6 people max. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The cottage features local Alaskan artwork and authentic, vintage nautical decor. Guests can enjoy the locally roasted coffee provided and a 'Little Free Library' that sits outside of the cabin. Guests can enjoy use of the picnic area, with a barbecue grill and fire pit. A crib and baby gate are also available if requested. Pets allowed upon request.

Blackhorse Cabin

Quant little cabin nestled high enough in the mountain to view Mt Alice from the front porch and still close enough to the town of Seward. There is a queen bed and a futon. The love seat reclines also. There is a fire pit you are free to use and some bikes hang from the deck of the main house feel free to use those. The house is located up the mountain but the road can be heard from the cabin. The queen bed and twin futon are located in the same room. One guest complained the area was to small.

Exit Glacier Cottage

A cozy retreat perfect for families or a couples' escape surrounded by woods, birds, mountains and moose. Firepit, lawn games, bbq, picnic materials, and a large 6 person salt water hot tub next to the sauna are perfect for long AK nights! Games, puzzles, books & toys are ready for snuggling in on a rainy day. The unit is filled with the art, books, and products of local makers. Subtle luxury touches make you feel pampered. Oceanfront Inn Private Suite

This lovely studio style suite offers the best view in Seward from the privacy of a sizable covered deck. A queen bed in the main area, and twin mattress in the loft, with kitchenette, and full bathroom with stand up shower. Enjoy a picnic around the fire from the private courtyard which offers access down to the beach. Access to a shared hot tub, (extra fee), is included with rental of this unit. A Cottage on the Bay

A cottage on the bay is a beach front house with 3 bedrooms, each looking out over Resurrection Bay. A well supplied kitchen and living room allow you to relax while watching the ocean and mountains. The large front deck expands into a sitting area with fire pit, looking over the beach. Stoke the cedar sauna and enjoy walks to the north and south while it warms up! The whales, sea lions, seals, otters and birds make this place truly unique.

Coho Cottage

Cute 1950’s cottage charmingly restored with antiques and nautical decor. It is perfect for two adults, good with a couple kids added or total of three adults but tight with 4 adults. Centrally located it is a 13 minute walk to downtown (.7 miles), 8 minute walk to the boat harbor (.5 miles), 5 minute walk to Two Lakes Park and a 2 minute walk to the gazebo on the lagoon. The fenced yard backs up to the mountain for added privacy.

Bear Lake Cabin in the Woods

Located 10 minutes from the Seward harbor, shops and restaurants. You can enjoy a reprieve from the busyness and excitement of town in our peaceful woods, while being walking distance from the lake and near the Bear Lake trailhead. Our studio cabin has a queen bed downstairs in the main area and also a loft with two twin beds. And a bedroom upstairs with a queen. It boasts a fully functional kitchen and bathroom.

Coffee House Cottage

Adorable cottage in the back yard of the local historic coffee house. This custom tiny home was built to take in the grand, south-facing views. Our cottage is in the perfect location in downtown Seward, but it's also privately situated in the backyard and is protected from tourist traffic. Every detail has been considered when putting together this artistic space, and we're excited to share it with you!
