Typical Istrian stone house is located in the small village of Čepić.Only 10 minutes to the sea by the car, and 25 minutes to the mountain Učka by car.15 minutes from city Labin by car.3 minutes from the shop by car. We have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, terrace, and a big garden with kids playground and swimming pool. Swimming pool is not shared with other people. You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1,2km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!
