We welcome you to the Sweet Grass Suite, your little sanctuary within a 2 minute walk across the Chewuch River to all the shops, restaurants and activities of downtown Winthrop. With a luxurious king bed and a sofa pullout couch, the guesthouse is best for a couple or close friends. We invite you to lodge with us and use our new guesthouse as your basecamp!

Lost River Tiny House

The Tiny House may be tiny, but she be fierce! It is packed full, inside and out, with all the things you need for a lovely unplugged stay in the North Cascades. Wake up to birds singing, take your coffee outside on the large wraparound deck and breathe in the fresh mountain air. After a day exploring, come back to enjoy a drink and some sort of treat you may have picked up from the Mazama Store. Please be aware that there is no WiFi! And you may not have cell coverage. Did we mention no WiFi?

Peaceful Soujourn at Snowgrass Farm Stay

Snowgrass Farm Stay is a unique gem, beautifully situated in a small valley, 20 minutes from Leavenworth and 5 to Plain. This newly built apartment sits above a garage and overlooks Snowgrass Farm, which produces certified organic vegetables and fruit May through October. In the winter months outdoor adventures abound as we are on a forest service road with cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sledding, all accessed from your front door. 1BR Pine Cone Cottage is a bit of wild west and a bit of man cave shoehorned into a wee depression-era cottage in beautiful north central Washington State. Small but comfy, with wifi and smart TV (antenna/Netflix), western fiction/non-fiction, this is a NW history lover's ideal base camp. The region boasts great fishing lakes and is a hiker's paradise. Not suitable for children or the physically challenged. No pets (allergen-free space for family). Possible early checkin or late checkout.

Cozy and comfortable Studio w/ private entrance & 500' river front in Carlton, WA. Queen bed, WIFI, Dish Network TV, Toaster, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Keurig, Full size Refrigerator/Freezer. Sorry, no cooking inside, there's a Blackstone Propane Griddle on the deck with cookware. Walk in shower with glass doors. Private deck with seating, propane fire pit (usable winter only), hot tub. Enjoy the yard, hammock, pick fresh fruit (in season), follow the path to the river and fish (in season)

Raven's Nest

Brand new, complete remodeling in late 2018! Lovely, airy and bright loft in a unique historic space. Right downtown, walk to everything... and guests consistently say, "Comfiest bed ever!" King memory foam mattress, white down alternative duvet, and plenty of pillows make the sleeping divine. Coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, small fridge and sink in-suite, plus a shared office kitchen with air fryer-large toaster oven, hot plate, pots and pans, dishwasher for more cooking as well.

Private bedroom suite with office a mile to town

Our barn house is a unique and tranquil getaway, about a mile from town. We live up on the top level second floor and your all inclusive private space has one bed room, lounge area and full bathroom which is on the first floor. This is a working horse property so you will most likely hear farm noises and the sounds of horses outside your window. Enjoy a picnic area with a BBQ and picnic table provided. There is also a semi private sitting area by the willow tree with a fire pit.

Okanogan River Guest House in Tonasket

Welcome to our newly renovated and enlarged 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage in Tonasket with a full size pullout couch bed in the living room and a queen size bed in the bedroom. It is a 5 minute walk into town and the property is surrounded by orchards and the Okanogan River, and our 1 acre includes chickens in a fenced pasture, as well as 2 small dogs and a cat. You will hear rural sounds of farmers, some highway noise, and the peace of nature on the river. No pets please.

The home sits 2000 feet above sea level, perched on top of 5 acres of ponderosa forest in the foothills of Cashmere mountain. The rarities of the Pacific Northwest are a short drive away: Alpine skiing 25 minutes to the west at Stevens Pass, Bavarian treats 20 minutes south in Leavenworth, and recreation at Lake Wenatchee just moments north. The Caboose in Conconully

This property is located on Salmon Creek in the historic town of Conconully Washington! There are 2 lakes within walking distance for fishing or swimming. There is also a grocery store, and 2 restaurants/bars. Plenty of fishing available on both lakes. If you need a fishing pole, just let us know. There are amazing mountains to explore and many nearby towns to visit. Our little town is full of deer for your viewing pleasure. We have a wonderful state park as well.

Artemisia: A Zero-Energy Home- Walk to Town

This light-filled home is the perfect escape. Artemisia is within walking distance of the cafes, restaurants, and shopping of Winthrop but feels miles away. After an active day of skiing, hiking, fly fishing, or just relaxing, you can kick back and take in the expansive views of Mount Gardner. Have dinner at one of the many nearby restaurants or stay in and take advantage of the well-stocked kitchen with induction range. It's a peaceful, laid-back gathering place.
