Since 2015, the Brainard Inn is just steps to the St. Charles streetcar. The 1930's double is the entire second floor with private front and rear entrances, Living and dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, screened porch and laundry. Relax and enjoy a walk-able neighborhood after exploring the many activities of the city. My residence is downstairs and I enjoy meeting my guests upon arrival for check-in. C&G vacation home is in a safe rural location, but a bike or car ride away from everything within the city. It is strictly used for guests . This one bedroom home has a queen size bed, one bathroom, and a twin daybed with a trundle that is located in the living area. The home has a fully equipped kitchen. Complementary snacks, drinks and toiletries are available for guests. Home is located next to the freeway (I-10) for easy on/off access.
