This is a cozy and warm cottage with a gentle contemporary feel to it. It has two en suite bedrooms located upstairs, one of which serves as a family bedroom. Both bedrooms have king size beds which can be turned into single beds ( let us know prior to your booking if you prefer a twin room). The kitchen, dining area as well as the living room are all open plan with a wood burning stove at its centre. Private apartment in modern farmhouse

Relax in a modern home on our 20 hectare (50 acre) working organic farm just a few miles south of the Edinburgh city bypass. The apartment includes 3 rooms with a private external entrance and a locked internal door if needed. The single bedroom is ensuite; the other main room is a living space with a kitchenette and large sofa bed. We are close to the route south / north too and from Edinburgh but far enough away (1.5km) to not get interrupted by road / traffic noise.
