The Gate Lodge, four star rated, is located at the entrance to Kellas House. A comfortable lodge offering a large sitting room with fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and comes with your own private hot tub. Please note there is a surcharge of GBP 8 per day per pet this can be paid cash to us. If your stay is longer than 5 nights you can use our laundry facility located at Kellas House (3 min. walk) please ask about this on your arrival if you like to use this facility.

You will find this accommodation very well equipped as it is used by the owner as a ‘home from home’ holiday house.

Located right next to lossie woods offering great walks exploring the old WW2 pill boxes and endless tracks and a short 10 min walk along the old railway path to the beach front, restaurants, cafes and harbour. Plenty of parking and with a large decking area to the back of the house is ideal for enjoying a glass of wine on a summers evening. Whether it's a weekend escape or a longer stay, this is your perfect coastal retreat!

6 Seatown, Lossiemouth

6 Seatown is a real home from home, providing comfortable and cosy accommodation in a stunning location, just opposite the East Beach and an easy walk to the woods along the river’s edge. The cottage is ideal for young families or couples, being mainly on the ground floor. Dogs are welcome and there is a small enclosed garden. Fast WiFi, parking in front of the cottage, well equipped and with a real log stove for those cold winter nights.

Old schoolhouse in the countryside

Cosy, homely, private cottage in the beautiful Aberdeenshire countryside. Light the log burner and sit back to relax. The old schoolhouse (built in 1866) has loads of character and feels remote and quiet despite being well situated just off the main Banff/Huntly road. Banff is about 5 minutes drive. The garden is large and you have full run of the whole premises during your stay. There are some lovely walks from the house.
