For the gym, we live 2 blocks from the YMCA so you and your family can always sign up to be guests during your stay if you like. - You prepare your own meals :D in a stunning new kitchen and top appliances and if you can, please put all dishes in dishwasher - Bosch will do the dishes ! :) - You are welcome to bring your own foods and put them in trash bags as appropriate - we have a recycled & trash can separately - The linens, bedding, towels are placed in closets’ drawers - Assorted brand of wellness & grooming amenities are in the drawers of your bathroom - Laundry space houses an iron/ ironing board/ swifter (swifter cloths are underneath the sink left hand side or in linen closet) - Kitchen also has a swifter behind the tall cabinet - Please give your plants a drink of water if you stay longer than 3 days – they thrive on it :D -We make certain non-toxic cleaning products with premium essential oils for our cleaning team to use and for our guests to enjoy (when we can) Thank you so much in your mindful participation to maintaining while enjoying our space :) we appreciate your efforts! The waterfront is famous for historic Battleship Iowa, San Pedro Fish Market, and maritime museums. Cruises, restaurants, and shops abound there. San Pedro is also accessible to the southern beach cities. Welcome to legendary traffic famous in LA : D San Pedro is on both a local and a city-wide bus line, but public transportation can be difficult and time-consuming. Uber and Lyft are widely available, but if you want to make the most of your time here, a rental car is ideal. Inland, trails weave through canyons, waterfalls and grasslands in the Santa Monica Mountains. We are only a couple miles from the beach! There are 3-4 parking spots on the street.

We are more than happy to interact with guests, but also respect that some guests may want to keep to themselves. Walk to Hollywood, Beachwood Canyon, or Franklin Village. Uber or Lyft comes in seconds and takes minutes to Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, and West Hollywood. Griffith Park is minutes from the house. Walk to the Hollywood and Vine Metro Red Line Station, The Flyaway bus from LAX drops you off at Hollywood and Argyle just 5 blocks away. It is only 8 dollars. Uber and Lyft cars are everywhere Not Handicap Accessible - we are up two flights of outdoor stairs to enter the house, and bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. This house is not child-proofed so not suitable for children, there are floor to ceiling windows with no child guards.We do have a lovely doodle named Theodore. He is hypoallergenic and does not shed. He is kept in a separate yard and you won't be interacting with him unless you would like to of course!
