Atraktivnosti lokacije apartmana doprinosi i odlicna povezanost sa autoputem E-763, Milos Veliki, sa koga se preko petlje Pakovraće ili Preljina brzo i jednostavno za svega nekoliko minuta stiže do apartmana. Preko puta apartmana je veliki tržni centar, mega market, brojni kafići i restorani, apoteka, menjačnica.

Uz potpuno opremljenu kuću moći ćete da uzivate i u dvorištu od oko 10 ari. Vikendica je na samo 15ak minuta vožnje od autoputa "Miloš Veliki" i do nje se od Beograda može stići za nekih 1h 30min.
