The house is a two-minute walk to the sandy beach. There is only one apartment for rent in the house. There are three excellent restaurants nearby.

The appartement is placed in Lopar (Island Rab) very near sandy beach Mel and is surrounded with lovely nature and beautiful views on Sea & Hills. Unser Appartement YELLOW befindet sich auf der 1. Etage und hat von den Schlafzimmern ausgehend einen großzügigen Balkon mit Meerblick. Wunderbar hell und sonnig bietet es ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Mit zwei Doppelbettzimmern, Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Küche mit Balkon.

Our house is located in a peaceful green area. The apartment (for max six people, 4 + 2) is on the first floor, fully equipped and is great for families with kids or babies. You can also enjoy in a big yard. Walking distance to the nearest sandy beach is 3 - 4 min., port with promenade 8 min.; Ciganka, Sturič, Podšilo beach 20 min. The supermarket and post are 3 min by foot. With all the accessories we want to give our guests a perfect welcome.

Studio apartment is a comfortable space for two people. It has a small kitchenette, fridge and table. It is located on the first floor. The apartment has a balcony surrounded by greenery and a view of the garden. It is hidden from the view of passers-by except from us when we are in the garden. The studio has a private bathroom with a bathtub.

This unique place has a style all its own. Its position is directly on the beach, it is on walking distance from the shops and restaurants and the parking place is on 3 minutes walk. The roof terrace is big enough for four people to sit and enjoy the most beautiful view in Baska.
