Has kitchenette with all utensils and eating accoutrements available for your use as well as private access to washer and dryer *UPDATE: a trundle bed has been added to the living room. The space now sleeps up to 4 people! Close access to hiking trails in Lyons, Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park and more! No pets allowed.

And Denver, Boulder, Estes Park and Colorado skiing are just a short drive away. With a spacious desk, fiber internet and a sun-filled living area, this space is perfect for remote work. Come stay in our recently built and thoroughly modern carriage house in Prospect - named "America's Coolest Neighborhood" by Dwell magazine. The space has a full kitchen and is a one bedroom, one bath carriage house that sleeps up to four people. Prospect is a new urban development with tree-lined streets, multiple parks, restaurants, and retail stores. This comfortable, quite, and uncluttered space was just constructed in 2016 and sits above our garage with no shared walls.

You are a 45 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park and other mountain adventures.
