The Clockhouse is a fabulous self-contained lodge in a semi rural setting with its own private garden area, off street parking & superb transport links to London (45 min) & LGW/LHR airports (30/90 min) .A spacious & tranquil open plan living area offering flexible accommodation has the added advantage of a double bed & x2 single sofa beds, a splendid shower room & a well equipped kitchen. The separate private access means privacy & relaxation is assured & makes for a perfect base all year round.

Tree House - Hot Tub on balcony

Our rustic Glamping Treehouse stands 5m above the ground, which is accessible via an exciting seven-meter long suspension bridge. Boasting a warm themed interior, the Treehouse offers breathtaking views over the Chess Valley, which can be seen from the balcony and through the large panoramic window. Features include a spacious king-size double bed, en-suite toilet and basin facility. The outdoor balcony is home to a shower and hot tub, the perfect spot to relax amongst the surrounding treetops!

Holy COW ... this is most likely the horniest house in Walthamstow! Built 1901, bombed in WW2 & rebuilt 1947. Now fully refurbished to beyond modern day standards. Bovinely decorated ... a mash between Edwardian splender & elegance, with a hint of contemporary & a full blast of quirk! A style palace with original artwork by Mary 'Shuffle-Bottom' Parkinson along with old and new fun 'toys' including a: record player; Oculus; Xbox & Driving Rig; PS5; Fairground Punch Ball; Air Hockey; & more!
