Ideal for those needing a base to enjoy the delights that Surrey has to offer or somewhere quiet to work from.

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.
