Lovely private 1879 Victorian built by Lompoc founder W.W. Broughton - with fully stocked kitchen, living room/ dining room, laundry room, full bathroom, back yard (lawn mowed Tuesdays, watering/ gardening is done generally in the mornings, cable TV, internet, set in spacious, beautifully manicured Victorian Gardens. Reservation includes two bedrooms with queen beds. Note: Entrance stairs may be difficult for those with limitations. No pets. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

Tastefully decorated with Mexican folk art, this is a truly unique property! Located within a five minute walk from Los Olivos Grocery, it will be easy to stock the state-of-the-art kitchen with essentials, or dine out at the many wonderful restaurants in the area. The spacious patio overlooking the vineyards offers ultimate privacy.

Eagle Creek Ranch 1/2 Block from Bell Street

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it and I knew it was for me. I continue to pour my heart into the property and I love to share with others. The wifi is good. Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).

Surrounded by beautiful mountain views on the Central Coast and close to many flourishing wineries, this residence is 20 minutes south of Pismo Beach, 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo, one hour north of Santa Barbara, close to the beautiful Danish city of Solvang and Santa Ynez.

Annex under the Oaks

This is a quiet and spacious accommodation in an exclusive neighborhood in Mesa Oaks. The home is a light filled airy space with a King Suite and two Queen Suites. These suites feature comfortable beds and abundant fresh air. There is a master bath attached to the King suite and another full bath with tub for the two Queen Suites. There is a newly remodeled kitchen and adjoining dining area that seats 8 people.
