In piccolo nucleo storico, tranquillo con muri a pietra e ulivi, trovate ampia camera con due letti in spazi discosti e annesso grande bagno e doccia. La camera si trova al pianoterra. L'accesso è sul retro della casa. Salendo dal posteggio due brevi rampe di scale poi si trova il giardino interno. Il giardino annesso è piacevole e discreto assicura intimità e freschezza. Una grande casa su due piani, ampi spazi, tre camere nel sottotetto, terrazzo al primo piano, giardino e piscina (estate da metà maggio a metà settembre). Qui tutto è a portata di mano: negozi, lago e il famoso “quai” di Ascona con ristoranti che si affacciano sulle Isole di Brissago. L’entrata è in comune con un piccolo due locali; al pian terreno un altro tre locali affittato con airbnb. È una casa che predilige ospiti che amano la tranquillità.
