The city of Palma is just a 20-minute drive away, and the vast, unspoiled, and idyllic Es Trenc beach is only 15 minutes away, offering stunning views of the Cabrera Archipelago Nature Reserve. There's a fantastic built-in outdoor barbecue, a chill-out area, and a picnic area with a relaxation zone at the rear of the property. Since the entire house is on one level, it's especially suitable for people with disabilities.
