Our luxurious and new apartment is located in a newly built apartment block in the center of Lloret de Mar 10 meters away from the beach. The total area is 145 m2. It has a terrace with stunning views of the sea. We really love them! In our home we find a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen -office, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and air conditioning in all rooms, kitchen and living room. In addition, it also has a parking space in the same building (€ 15 / day). The floor is made of wood and all materials and finishes of high quality. 24 hour surveillance! Apartment very well located, renovated with views to the gardens of the residents. Quiet, suitable for enjoying one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava beach called Fenals place. All rooms are exterior, sunny and airy. There are areas of public car park around, however in summer it is very busy, we offer you a parking lot included in the price. Baby cot and high are provided- It is possible to charge electric cars in the street next to the apartment.
