Take it easy at this unique and tranquil no civilization getaway in the cabo Rojo Salt Flats nature reserve. This area is considered the most important stopover for migratory birds and shorebirds in the Eastern Caribbean. To date, 245 plant species and 145 bird species have been identified on Cabo Rojo National Wildlife Refuge. Hiking aprox 20min to the most astonishing beach lighthouse. Direct access to beach is mangroves beach with typical mud like sand and typical odor of reserve.
