Private with stunning views, this beautifully refurbished 1950’s A-frame on Lake LBJ is the perfect getaway. Enjoy the wildlife and peaceful setting from the back deck & private dock. Guest reports 3/26: Regular nightcrawlers (not green) worked for sunfish and largemouth bass. Chicken liver caught catfish. The white bass were hitting artificial crank baits You will likely not see another person unless you go to nearby state parks or wineries or to town for antiquing. Canoe & gear provided!

City park is across from our dock, allows for boat launching, extra room for fun/family events, etc. Bring your boat, use our slip, and get out on the lake because"It's 5:00 somewhere!”

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Restored 1900's farm house located 1.4 miles from the beautiful Llano River. Original cabinets, doors, windows, farm style sinks, wood walls and ceilings and wood burning fireplaces, take you back to another era. Enjoy the peace and quiet on the full length covered front porch, open side deck and/ or the screened in back porch. There is a wet weather creek with granite boulders that add enchantment to the property. House is on 5 acres.
