Lovely old small stone cottage recently renovated to a high standard, located in a quiet hamlet within easy reach of the Wye Valley, Hereford and the Marches, Black Mountains and the Forest of Dean. The cottage is surrounded by woodland and nature with walks in every direction from your doorway. The village is accessed from a single track lane and is very rural and peaceful, yet only 4 miles from Monmouth. There are two working farms in the village and farm traffic can just occasionally be busy.

Dymock Red is a split level, 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment in a converted sandstone barn with many original features. It has one double bedroom, a second bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 guest bed.The open plan living space has comfortable seating in the lounge area plus dining space with fully-equipped kitchen. As we are only a few minutes from some excellent road links our lovely rural location is perfect either as a relaxing retreat or a base to explore the wonderful local attractions.

This area is a paradise for walkers, with many walks very close by, and a local pub only 1.5 miles down the road.

High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. The gardens retain many original features including formal terraces, octagonal pool, glasshouse, pergola and 100 ft long double herbaceous borders. There are spectacular views to the Brecon Beacons

Pat's Flat: a converted Pig Barn located on a peaceful farm, within the beautiful Wye Valley AONB. The historic towns of Monmouth and Ross on Wye, the river and Forest of Dean with their outdoor leisure activities - canoeing, paddle boarding, hiking, biking - are easily accessible. A couple of pubs, eateries and village shop are within a few miles walk. Sorry - no pets - this is a working farm and there are friendly Labradors in the adjoining property who are likely to come and say hello.
