Stabl Y Felin is a Grade 2 listed converted stable attached to a heritage corn mill, that has been lovingly restored using traditional skills and sustainable materials and furnishings. With it's 4.5m ceilings, the stabl comes with an airy bedroom with kingsize sleigh bed, en-suite with walk-in shower, sitting room with reclaimed kitchenette and breakfast bar, and a hayloft with a kingsize futon hidden on top for the brave. A peaceful, rustic, village getaway in the hills, 4 miles from the coast.

Our recently built Annexe sits on the site of the Old Village Blacksmith’s in the quiet scatter village of Caerwedros. Inside it retains the old stone walls to our cottage which feature both in the bedroom and living room . It has been finished to a high standard and is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed in the living area. ONE PET only . We are situated 3miles from the seaside town of NewQuay (Wales) with its sandy beaches and Dolphins. Walking distance of the Coastal path.

The Loft (Y Llofft)

Y Llofft is a recently renovated, open plan holiday apartment for 2 people. Nestled in the Hawen Valley, it is part of the old Pigeonsford Farm Dairy. It has been thoughtfully updated whilst at the same time retaining many of the old features such as oak beams, slate cills and lime rendered walls. Step out of the door and a short walk takes you through the woods to Llangrannog or directly to the Ceredigion Coast Path. After exploring, relax in front of the wood-burning stove or in the garden.

The family room has a large sofa bed, log fire. WiFi, TV & DVD, kitchenette and dining area; The king bedroom has a shower en-suite and doors opening to the patio garden and decking with summer house. The annex is self-contained, but is part of our family home. Ample free parking is available.

Cilrhiw is a delightful seaside stone cottage, just a minute's walk from the glorious beach of Llangrannog on the West Wales coast and the amazing Ceredigion coastal path. Llangrannog has a sheltered sandy beach known as 'Traeth y Pentref' (the village beach) with its restaurants and two pubs - you can park up and never take it out again! Stowaway on the cliff!

The Stowaway is located on the cliff in the beautiful fishing village of New Quay, right on the coastal path. Along with the spectacular sea views guests can enjoy relaxing on their private balcony whilst watching the dolphins play. Why not fire up the bbq provided for al fresco dining! With only a 5 minute stroll to the harbour and beaches guests can enjoy a variety of activities including wildlife boat tours, watersports and lovely reastaurants and pubs.

The Old Dairy

The Old Dairy, our beautifully restored stone barn, sleeps 2 people in a double bedroom. The open plan living room and kitchen has exposed beams and wood and slate floors. It is fully accessible. Easy access to local beaches and walking. If the Old Dairy is booked for the dates that you want, check with us on the availability of the Hayloft, our two bedroom cottage - we may be able to offer that cottage to you for the same price.
