Only 5 miles from the coast, it is well positioned for access to spectacular sandy beaches and beautiful countryside. The picturesque market town of Newcastle Emlyn with local amenities, antiques, pubs and cafes is 10 mins away. Relax in the tranquility, the very private heated pool or the beautiful countryside. Pets are very welcome.

The Wildlife Wetland Centre is nearby and we are 6 miles from a beautiful dog-friendly sandy beach. Cwmderi is an old Welsh cottage at the heart of a working farm and with superb views of the Cynin valley. The cottage has been restored in an open-plan style to a very high standard in traditional ways using local materials, at its centre is a large wood stove. There are places for picnics on the farm and plenty of quiet walking routes around the area.

Braebrook SeaView overlooks Aberporth and Cardigan Bay. Join the nearby public footpath leading you onto the Coastal Path to Aberporth beach and beyond to Tresaith, Llangrannog, New Quay. The buses pass the front of the property or you can walk down the road to the local facilities which include restaurants, takeaways & public houses.
