The apartment offers breath taking sea views of Llanelli beach, Loughor estuary and across to the Gower peninsula. Cosy spacious apartment is ideal as a central base to explore all of West Wales. The cycle track takes you one way to Swansea & The Gower or the other way to Burry Port harbour & Pembrey. Tenby is a one hour drive away. Ideal for 4 guests but can fit up to 5 if 2 adults, 3 children

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

Situated on the gateway to the Gower Peninsula which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with award winning beaches, woodlands and beauty spots to explore. A 17 minute drive to Mumbles and Swansea Bay with boutique shopping, pier and castle.
