A house sat on the banks of the River Teifi where you can watch the wildlife, and otters, whilst sat cosy inside next to a roaring log fire. Or if you prefer adventure then you can go wild river swimming or canoeing at your leisure. * We do accept upto 2 small - medium sized hypoallergenic dogs no younger than 2 years old. They must be fully house trained, not allowed on any furniture or beds, or upstairs. £10p/n

Troedyrhiw is a sanctuary, a two bedroom, detached, character stone and beamed cottage nestling in a peaceful, wooded valley on the Carmarthenshire/Pembrokeshire border where nature is thriving. Rustic and comfortable. We are doggie friendly, are happy to welcome well behaved dogs. Troedyrhiw is the perfect base for being in nature, walking, cycling and exploring the scenic areas of this beautiful part Wales. The cottage was built in the 1800's and is a traditional, stone Welsh cottage.

The Wildlife Wetland Centre is nearby and we are 6 miles from a beautiful dog-friendly sandy beach. Our place is a self-contained studio flat on the edge of a little town. There is an excellent vegetarian cafe and health food shop 2+ minutes walk away. The town itself is bustling but relaxed with a friendly atmosphere. The river and castle are ten minutes walk away. The area is rich for places of outstanding natural beauty Our house is three hundred years old and has a lot of history. It stands just above the town and has some beautiful views over the valley. It is an ideal base to explore the area and only a 20 minute drive to the beaches. The fishing season starts from April to October.
