Our cosy cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, one double bed and sitting room/diner with views across the valley.

Children and pets love to paddle in the streams on the farm. It's on it's own in a meadow - accessed by a stone track with mountain views in all directions

1 bed self contained cabin set in rural mid Wales. Large hot tub available to use at an additional cost of £25 per day for your own use..... please let us know prior to arrival if you would like the tub, as we have to empty, clean, refill, balance chemicals and get it up to temperature ready for you. River cottage is set by a trickling peaceful river, in the tranquil landscape of Powys. The cottage is exclusive to yourself on your stay with your own private hot tub. This 3 bedroom 1902 cottage sleeps 6, with 3 spacious double bedrooms. The panoramic sun lounge over looks our farm animals and wildlife. The light spacious kitchen includes an oil cooking range, electric cooker and all the other essentials you need. The local shop, pub & restaurant are superb and are within walking distance.

Cemaes farm stay

Cemaes farm stay is located in the heart of the dyfi valley,on the outskirts of the Snowdonia National Park,and only a scenic drive away from the coast! this was actually my sons place but he was working in New Zealand for the winter/spring and I thought it would be a great shame to leave it empty and decided to put it up here so we could share some of the dyfi valley's great scenery in the winter months! please feel free to get in touch if you have any further questions! many thanks,gwenan
