House has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room with Internet enabled TV. BBQ is free to use (it is shared with guests from other apartments). In the yard there is a summer kitchen with a grill on gas, seating area, and also loungers for relaxing.
