You can catch your dinner and come back to the house and grill it on deck while watching a breath-taking sunset.

Lanai opens up to semi private beach and a quiet neighborhood of single family homes. There is Bay access too. Kayaks available for rent. There is a separate apartment above not included. LGI is next to Boca Grande and its world famous Tarpon fishing, but offers a uniquely secluded and relaxed atmosphere consisting of 7 miles of undisturbed beach, unpaved cart paths that wind through lush tree canopies, and an old Florida vibe that will make you forget the mainland while you create memories with family and friends!

We are off the main path and it is a quiet place to reconnect with what matters. We encourage our guests to unwind on our spacious comfy screen porch with chairs, table, and a futon chair for naps. Also use our large private maze outdoor shower. Be prepared for loads of sun and fun. Unlike most rentals ours includes all paper products, spices, plastic ware, toiletries, coffee, tea, all linens, beach chairs, noodle, sun screen, bug spray and GOLF CART available for RENT during your stay.

Bay views. When you arrive, you can park your boat at dock 44 in front of the property at the public dock or get dropped off by the water taxi at Eldridge Marina. Short walk to the beach or rent a golf cart and cruise the island, see what nature has to offer. We pride ourselves on providing a clean and quiet home. 75in TV, corn hole, beach chairs, kayaks, dart board, gas grills and Adirondak chairs to relax in. We continue to upgrade your experience. This is on a barrier island.
