The Den, self contained, beamed cottage attached to our own family home, situated on a rural country lane close to the village of Bartestree, only 4 miles from the historic market town of Hereford, ideally located for exploring the glorious Wye Valley, nearby Malvern Hills & the Black Mountains above Hay on Wye (home to the world renowned literary festival). Footpaths leading from the front door will take you to walks with glorious panoramic views of the surrounding countryside & 6 counties

The Garden House is a lovely single room annex with independent access, en-suite bathroom and shower. Light, cosy, and simply furnished, set in the garden of a residential home near the centre of Gloucester, it's a quiet space to relax or work. Driveway parking available. A two-minute walk to the famous Kingsholm rugby stadium and food shops, ten minutes to city centre, bus and train stations, cathedral, Quays shopping outlet, restaurants and historic docks. Easy bus route to Cheltenham.

Maple House Lodge is a 1st floor guest annex, accessed via an external staircase. Located in a quiet location on the edge of the village, with rural views and comprising an open plan sitting/dining area, with TV and a well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, sink, fridge, and cooking utensils for our self catering guests. "The Barn Too" is a ground floor apartment (please note, there is one step to enter the property), offering high quality accommodation for up to 2 guests. Situated on a working farm in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside with views to the Malvern Hills around to the Black Mountains. The Barn Too, is directly below "The Barn" (suitable for 4 guests) and can be booked separately.

Beautiful rural barn, built in 1718 and converted in 2018, with gorgeous views over the Herefordshire countryside to the Malvern Hills. Peaceful setting, perfect for those seeking tranquility. A ten minute stroll to The Three Horseshoes with its excellent food. Great base for cycling/ walking/ exploring Herefordshire and the Marches. 6 miles to Bromyard, 11 miles to Hereford.

Amazing location and a beautiful barn conversion

The barn has brilliant views and has been beautifully furnished. It has a fully fitted kitchen with adequate seating area and access to a deck with extensive views. The living area has 2 very comfortable settees. One thing to note is that our TV does not have an aerial but we have wifi which means you can watch tv on catch up or live.

Just 5 miles from Hereford city, Meadow View comprises double bed, lounge area, downstairs kitchen area with dining table and luxury shower room.
