This self contained, open plan studio sleeps 2 in either 2 single or 1 kingsize bed(s). As a matter of course, the bed is always made up as super king size, so if you would prefer singles please request at time of booking. There is a separate shower room and small kitchen area with small fridge, mini oven and hob. The Studio has an A shape ceiling so please make yourself aware of this and avoid banging your head. Situated in a delightful countryside setting between Stamford and Grantham.

Situated in the open countryside, just 15 minutes from Stamford and five minutes from Market Deeping, our beautiful ground floor converted barn has all the facilities to make it home from home. Come and relax in our rural farmland retreat. With a king size bed and space for a cot in the bedroom and/or use of the sofa as a bed (Living Room) for one person, The Stables is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring South Lincolnshire and beyond. Only 6 miles from the beautiful Georgian town of Stamford and 6/7 miles from the picturesque towns of Uppingham and Oakham. The village itself has a hairdresser, doctor's surgery, and shop. The local area has lots of pubs, cafes and shops. A perfect place to be able to enjoy and explore the county of Rutland.

Trains from Peterborough to London are 45mins.

Our comfortable self-contained cosy dwelling of traditional build located in a rural village just North of Stamford. A stone throw away from the A1 leading you to points of attraction such as Stamford, a beautiful historic town center. Rutland water, "the largest man made lake in the UK" that is perfect for outdoor activities. Belton Estate, part of the National trust. £90.00 per night applies to 1 night stays. For longer stays I offer discount of 5% i.e. 2 nights plus.

We have off street parking available on request. Extra amenities include - travel cot, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.
