Surrounded by rolling fields & open skies, this spacious, dog friendly cottage is the perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Wolds, coastal towns & everything in between. With a blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. Sleeping 2 people, with enclosed outdoor space to enjoy a morning cuppa, The Sheep Shed is the perfect choice.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

Yorkshire Wolds Spacious Modern Holiday Bungalow

Newly refurbished holiday bungalow with plenty of walks and cycle tracks, only moments from the Yorkshire Wolds. Nafferton is only a short walk away, with local shops, including new Spa and Garage and nice pubs serving excellent food. Driffield and Beverley are two lively market towns just a short drive away. Fraisthorpe Beach, Flamborough and Bridlington only a 20-to-25-minute drive away, if relaxing by the east coast is your preference. York and Scarborough are also within a 40-minute drive.

Greystones Cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful seaside cottage in the village of Barmston. Wonderfully located with sandy beach walks and countryside right on your doorstep. This well equipped and comfortable cosy cottage has a wood burning stove, Wifi and smart TV and is tastefully furnished with comfy beds to ensure your stay is relaxing and refreshing. Within walking distance is a dog friendly pub with many other pubs, restaurants and an array of attractions and activities within a short drive.

The Old Hayloft Beverley Town Centre

A beautiful place to stay that is both rare and historic in the heart of Beverley with free secure onsite parking. The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. Small outdoor seating area in a pretty walled courtyard.

The Pump House @ Pockthorpe

The Pump House is nestled within the Ancient village of Pockthorpe in the beautiful countryside of East Yorkshire. It is a renovated 200 year old farm building which has been lovingly restored to retain its original features including a deep well with glass top (reinforced!) pulleys and metal work. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat or a fun-filled getaway, The Pump House offers a haven for relaxation or as a base to explore the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds and amazing coastline.

West End Farm Lodge

Spacious 3 bedroom cottage available as a whole separate property. Off road parking, small enclosed garden. Ideal for families with main bedroom with super king bed, another room with 2 single beds sharing family bathroom, walk in shower. Downstairs is a double room with adjacent shower room. Situated in the village just off the road overlooking our family farm. Dogs are welcome - just let us know. Opportunity to visit the horses by arrangement including mares & foals in the summer.

Dingle Dell at Riverbank Farm

Enjoy your own country estate! Set in almost 200 acres, Dingle Dell gives luxury accommodation for 10 guests; perfect for families, friends, or couples. Relax in the large hot tub, take a Sunday walk to the local pubs or a 5 minute drive to the coast. Pet friendly for up to 3 dogs, 3 of the bedrooms are accessible (ground floor), enclosed private garden and “The Dog House”, a private games room / snug. Plus in April to October self-drive off-road around the farm in a Classic Land Rover!
