Clenaghans - Self-catering Stone Cottage

Located in idyllic Northern Irish countryside, Clenaghan's cottages are situated on the site of an over 250 year old farmyard. Boasting 6 cottages in total, each has been converted to a high specification with modern facilities including high-speed internet & wide-screen televisions. Every apartment has its own living area, kitchen, bedroom and en-suite. You'll arrive to a generously stocked fridge with welcome pack including everything you need to make your own Ulster Fry in the morning as well as bread, milk, cheese and more. Also on site is the award-winning Clenaghan's Restaurant which opens Wednesday to Sunday. Just 5 minutes drive away is the quaint Moira village, which has no shortage of bars, restaurants & cafes for you to peruse. Moira is beside the Northern Ireland M1 Motorway (Junction 9) between Lurgan and Lisburn. Belfast is a 25 minute drive by car and is accessible from Moira Train Station, a 5 minute drive away.

Mill Race Cottage in historic Hillsborough

Our centuries old two storey three bedroomed cottage is located on the perimeter of the Castle walls within a few minutes stroll of the picturesque and historically important village of Hillsborough. The cottage has a first floor central lounge and conservatory, overlooking the Race which runs the back of the cottage. The bedrooms are to either side of the lounge. This arrangement may suit an extended family. As hosts we will be delighted to offer advice on local facilities and attractions.

Eden Cottage

Eden Cottage is located to the East of Lough Neagh, boasting stunning views of the lough itself. It is convenient for travel to both the City & International airports. Our location is 25 minutes from Belfast, if you wish to explore the city or enjoy some shopping. The Cottage itself sleeps up to 6 guests, with each room containing both a king size and single bed. It’s perfect for a quiet get away. I am usually never more than a few minutes away should you need help with anything.

Bramble Cottage, hidden gem in Comber near Belfast

Irish Cottage Relax and enjoy this beautiful Irish barn conversion that dates back 200 years. Converted in 2023, this old Irish traditional barn is just 10 miles from Belfast and 2 miles from the busy market town of Comber. This hidden gem is a tardis at nearly 1000sq ft and tucked up a country lane surrounded by fields. Spend summertime in the garden patio watching the sunsets and winters with the roaring stove, watching the wildlife around us, and the stars at night.

Old Stone Cottage

Built in the 1860’s, The Cottage is a cosy traditional Irish cottage on the edge of the National Trust property Rowallane Gardens. This extra special cottage is nestled into the hillside of an ancient fort in the charming village of Saintfield of County Down. Recently lovingly restored, much care and attention was made to maintain its unique character and features and a stay here is truly an escape into Irish history. The cottage is part of a private estate.

Pike Cottage 6 bed, Hillsborough

Clintagh Cottages (Pike Cottage) is close to the main A1 road between Belfast and Dublin. Belfast (16 miles) Dublin (90 miles) It is situated on a farm enjoying the peace and tranquillity of the countryside. The cottage is 150 m from Lough Aghery. We welcome pets but only with prior permission before booking. Pets must be kept out of the bedrooms and off soft furnishings. Guests should bring pet mats/beds. Pets must not be left unattended in the cottage.

The Barn - Hillsborough

A converted barn, a wonderful space for a couple as cosy but also for a family as has a large kitchen. Just outside Hillsborough (2 miles) enjoy the peace of the countryside whilst not being too far from the sights. (Belfast 30 mins, Dublin 1hr 30mins, North Coast, Giants Causeway, 1hr 30mins). Larchfield Estate, wedding venue, 5 minutes drive away. You have complete privacy from us but if you need any advice while here we are just across the yard.
